Modalities
In our sessions, we'll draw on many therapeutic modalities and tools. Below are the main modalities that I practice.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) involves addressing your unhelpful thought patterns about yourself and your life. Together, we'll find ways to change your thoughts and behaviors. CBT is very helpful with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

Expressive Arts Therapy
We can all be artists if we're given the tools and permission to create. By drawing on visual arts, movement, music, and dramatic expression, we'll find new ways to address anxiety, depression, and other obstacles to your fullest wellbeing.

Narrative Therapy
Narrative Therapy focuses on the stories that make up who we are. We are the sum of our experiences, and pulling our stories into the light, examining them, and rewriting the stories that don't serve us can help us create new narratives.
